Taboule Beach Club — Restaurant in Nayarit

Views, food, and service are all top tier at Taboule. 10/10 recommend. We are hosting an event here the night before our wedding. The staff put on a private FREE menu tasting for us. Head chef Gabriel put together an incredible meal of different types of tacos and accoutrements (seriously, it was by far the most delicious food we had in Sayulita during our stay and our party here is going to be a highlight of our wedding weekend). The staff (Gabriel, Eduardo, Valentina, and Pepe, among others) were so incredibly friendly and eager to make our party perfect. Gabriel offered to customize his menu per our particular taste (zero changes were requested!) and Eduardo offered to create us a beach club style DJ mix based off of our chosen playlist for our party. I never leave reviews unless a place is truly great (or horrible) and I feel the need to share about our experience. This was the best dinner we had all week. It’s a bit pricier than some spots but honestly, way more worth the money than other places we tried. The Filet Mignon was very well cooked and a generous portion, and everything we ate was thoughtfully prepared. The drinks were delicious and had 2-for-q1happy hour. A welcome break from the standard Sayulita fare. The staff is attentive and the ambiance is the rare balance of being beachfront but also quiet, thanks to it being at the end of the playa. We hosted our wedding welcome reception at Baklava (formerly Taboule) and could not have been more pleased with the venue and service. The newly renovated space is very well decorated and allowed for a cool ambiance to kick off our wedding weekend. The price was very reasonable for select cocktails / drinks and canapes. The Ysuri team was very easy to work with and accommodated all our requests.
