I recently visited this café, drawn in by the allure of their reputedly delicious coffee. In this regard, I was not disappointed. The coffee was indeed fantastic - rich, smooth, and bursting with flavor. It was clear that the beans were of high quality and expertly brewed.

However, the delightful experience with the coffee was overshadowed by the lamentable service. The staff were nothing short of appalling. Their attitude was uncaring and dismissive, which was starkly contrasting to the cozy ambiance that the café seemed to promote. The service lacked the warmth and welcoming nature that I associate with a pleasant café experience.

Each interaction with the staff felt strained and unpleasant. The lack of attentiveness and basic courtesy was a major letdown. It's disheartening to see such a promising establishment undermined by its personnel.

In conclusion, while the coffee at this café might be worth a try for true coffee aficionados, be prepared for the stark contrast between the quality of the beverage and the quality of service. It's a shame that the excellent coffee is paired with such disheartening service. In addition to the disappointing service, I must also caution against ordering the sweet waffles. While they may sound like a decadent treat, the reality was far from satisfying. The dessert consisted of waffle batter topped with chunks of cake batter - a combination that was rather excessive and lacked balance. Instead of being a delightful dessert, it was overwhelmingly sweet and lacked any contrasting elements.

Furthermore, it's unfortunate that the café does not offer healthier alternatives. The menu seems to be focused on indulgence rather than balance, leaving health-conscious customers without many options. It would greatly enhance the café's appeal if they could introduce some healthier dishes and desserts to their menu.

In summary, while the coffee may be a draw for some, the overall experience was let down by poor service and a lack of healthy food options. Those with a sweet tooth may be tempted by the waffles, but be warned that they are excessively sweet and heavy. I used to go and find their coffee v good. Been the other day, coffee was terrible, I mentioned that is different and even explained how differs. I could see the guy shared my feedback to two others who seem in charge. I was completely ignored. It was my first coffee of the day and really needed one but it was so bad, I could not have it. When I asked for the bill I mentioned that usually coffee is v good but it was bad today. She was sarcastic 'yes, you are right' and the guy beside her told me not to come back... I was shocked how aggressive the guy was, tone and body posture. I told him it's just feedback no need to be that rude to which he told me he doesn't want to speak English, here it's mexico. I didn't tell him that majority of his clients paying the bill are foreign...he repeated himself not to come back... I was so shocked of how aggressive everything turned... Worse experience I ever had,. I tried to be polite and diplomatic and this makes it worse. Never encountered such aggressive attitude. Ofc I wouldn't go back nor I recommend the quality inconsistency of these rude people. I post picture of the coffee I forced myself to drink... Half... I order a sandvich. Food not great but I used to order just because I used to make the trip to the coffee shop for the coffee. Dishes washed by hand on the side of the bar... During these time, actually anytime not recommended. Not hygienic. Food and drink outlets have small machines. It's imperative than superficially wiping plates cups...

Saludos cordiales a quien lee esta nota, en primera estancia, recepción, algo descuidada, entrando tuve la amabilidad de brindar servicio de puerta a unos cuantos comensales (esto no solo sucede al inicio) seguidamente me adentro al lugar, es sin duda un lugar con estilo único, me fascinó, en ese momento, un mesero o colaborador me brindo atención, me dio la libertad de elegir mi mesa, a pesar de ser solo una persona, el servicio escasea un poco en la atención de las mesas, se ve que es un grupo unido, lo cual es bueno, pero eso mismo les juega en contra, dado que se centran más en interactuar entre ellos, por lo que dan la espalda al cliente, o evaden la mirada, cabe aclarar que no tengo la cara más amistosa del mundo, pero sin embargo mi trato es siempre amable, aun así no debería ser razón para no prestar un poco más de atención al cliente, La comida, un espectáculo para la vista, pero para el paladar se queda algo corto, destiempo en servir, primero llego la bebida, luego de unos 15 min la comida, el café, buenísimo, me encantó, fue de primera estancia lo que pedí, un expresso, volviendo al punto de la comida, esta me supo un poco fermentada, sin más, un tanto condimentada, no está balanceado el sabor, la bebida para acompañar un concepto de latte con dulce de nata, en el borde, cubierto, acompañado de una pieza de Galleta bañada en chocolate, coloquialmente conocida como mamut o rocko, finalizando mi estancia, solicite un recipiente para llevar junto con la cuenta, costo de recipiente $5 pesos, finalmente la cuenta al igual incluye el monto de propina sugerida, esto claro en consideración, Para finalizar solicite una sugerencia de bebida, fría con café, a lo que quien me brindo el servicio al final, una persona amable sin duda, me sugirió 2, a lo cual elegí una de limonada con café, estupenda cabe decir, sin embargo como mensione al inicio, al momento de abandonar el sitio con las manos ocupadas, me tuve que maniobrar para abrir la puerta, pero al final lo logré.

Puedo decir que dentro de lo que cabe es un lugar increíble, con personalidad, un grupo unido, ideas asombrosas, un poco reservados, algunos más que otros, pero entre si se cubren las espaldas (en el buen sentido), me gustaría visitarlos nuevamente para degustar más de sus platillos y poder tener una visión más...
