Holbox Adventure — Attraction in Quintana Roo

We were scammed by driver by dropping us off in the wrong terminal. As consequence we had to paid for another private service that should have dropped us in the international terminal. Called the company to understand the situation and the person in charge of the customer service was extremely rude and came up with the excuse that this was part of the service agreement that we signed. However, this was never disclaimed in our service. It was until I mentioned that I would dispute the charges and provide a review on this incident that he offered a solution, claimed I offended him & hang on me. Unforgettable day at sea – with Captain Pedro and guide Krista!

What an incredible experience! Captain Pedro was calm, skilled, and clearly knew where to go. We felt safe and relaxed the whole time. Guide Krista was bursting with passion and energy, making every moment exciting and meaningful.

We swam with a whale shark (breathtaking!), spotted playful dolphins, and even saw flamingos on the way back. The homemade ceviche served on the beach was fresh, delicious, and made with love.

Everything was perfectly organized, with great attention to both comfort and respect for nature. Truly a top-notch adventure — highly recommended.

Gonzalo was a great driver. We were promptly picked up from the Cancun airport, and he drove us to Chiquila. He was very professional, helpful and fun to talk to.
