This place is functional and clean and the manager is really helpful and friendly. It's right in the centre of the town. It's worth perhaps 50 USD a night – but not the c100USD I was asked to pay in January. For that much you should see the rooms you get round the corner in Villas Jardin.||||Why do I say this? Remember – it is perfectly clean and acceptable budget accommodation. ||No reading light - just a red light in a conch. ||There's one plug - it’s either plug in and recharge your items one by one or have a reading light. ||Bathroom in good nick, quite stylish, but tiny. Clean. Shower only. ||Only two hangers, and no proper wardrobe. ||Stained towel. ||No spare blankets. ||No decoration except for a little begging envelope from the cleaner. However, one of the light switches turns on a mini disco ball outside. That makes it feel like a knocking shop.||Bed comfy – but synthetic sheets. ||Wifi patchy. ||Slightly stark, cell-like rooms in a cheaply built concrete block. ||Whimpering dog below my window. No private balcony. ||Half the size of a room at Jardin, which has a kitchenette, bigger beds, three rooms, a balcony, and all the other facilities and more you might expect for that price.||Made me go get cash and pay in advance – and no cards accepted. Unprofessional and does not inspire confidence.||Besides that, the manager was lovely and gave me back a full refund when I left...

I claimed that this was not right but he did not care at all.
wifi was really really bad: the connection did not work or worked really slow (even in the common areas). I highlighted the issue to the owner but he said it was normal.
I asked for a an hairdryer and the owner told me that they simply do not have hairdryers and that it was a problem of mine: therefore my girlfriend was forced to hang out with wet hair during our 3 days staying.
The water of the shower flew really slow and to get a proper shower you need to spend a lot of time.
The room was really noisy and it was quite difficult to sleep in the morning.
Long story short, I had a nightmare experience: fortunately I spend little time in the hotel...
