Discover Morocco Tours — Attraction in Marrakesh Prefecture

I did the 3 day 2 night Merzouga tour in March 2017. First of all, Karim is the best driver/guide, he stopped in the best spots to enjoy the scenery and take pictures and is a very safe driver. His knowledge of the difficult road in the Atlas mountains is evident. He went above and beyond making sure our experience was great and that we were comfortable at all times, he did not stop at a single commission shop along the way. The tour itself is amazing, you get to see some of the best vistas Morocco has to offer and the staff of the other companies they deal with are some of the best I have ever seen. We were offered to either choose a "local" place or a restaurant when we visited Ait Ben Haddou and decided on "local", we ended up at our guide Mohammed's house and his sister cooked a meal for us. If you have this opportunity, go for it. Mohammed is particulary nice/hospitable and his love/pride of his village was apparent as he walked us through the tour. The accommodations in the desert are rustic but if you expect anything else, you don't understand the point of such a tour. Dealing with Rachid by email as I was planning the trip came without any issue, he is upfront and honest about everything. Rachid our wonderful tour guide and Adnan our wonderful driver went above and beyond to deliver such a memorable trip that it was truly sad to have it end.This tour far exceeded our greatest hopes and we bonded so well that by the end of it felt like we were enjoying a trip with family and lifelong friends. Every moment was really well planned,we explored Morrocco,met the most wonderful people on our journey, and stayed in the most beautiful camp.Explored all the places on my list and our guides recommended things that truly made the experience absolutely memorable.We learned about the beautiful Berber people,their kindness and hospitality, their music and their food.We loved our camel rides,our tents,the food,the beautiful landscape.It was very difficult finding the right company to go on this journey, and my husband and I feel extremely lucky that we booked with Discover Morocco Tours.Thank you for such an amazing trip Rachid, Adnan and Discover...

We opted for a guided tour of the desert as part of our recent visit to mesmerising Morocco.

Although we were sure we had made the correct choice of selecting 'Discover Morocco Tours' through the very professional & efficient manner of interaction by Rachid throughout, this was cemented by the overall experience with our tour guide Abdul. We had taken an immediate liking to him upon our meeting in Marrakech. He has a pleasant demeanour & made us feel comfortable for the duration of the tour.

Abdul is extremely professional, yet polite & friendly, and is always considerate & accommodating in his approach. We had the opportunity to learn lots about local culture through his willingness to share. He also provided us with great tips as tourists. Abdul was absolutely amazing!
