Decent building with lots of arcade and games. Karaoke on the fourth floor was really nice, first karaoke I've been to in japan and I was not disappointed. Their song list is pretty updated - even the English and Chinese songs. All you can drink alchohol and sing for 3 hours was only $30 CAD, there was also a softdrink stand and icecream machine both free of charge I believe. One thing to note is that karaoke in Japan (and many asian countries) don't have the original singer's voice, so...

Very lively and the bar on the 5th floor is amazing. Take you time if you to play pachinko down stars then enjoy the bar upstairs and play Pool or Darts.
