Sardi — Local services in Amsterdam

Ive been coming here for three years already. There is a new team obviously and they don’t seem happy.

Today I came at 7:45pm and was refused a service even though: the meat I wanted to buy was right there, payment system was on and I could see it from customers’ side. The guy said something was already off and honestly I don’t know what he meant. It felt like he just wanted to get out from work asap.

Guys, if you say you work until 20:00 it means you work and provide service until 20:00, isn’t it? I didn’t come for sandwich, I came for ready meat which was right there. I could buy it and get out in like 2 minutes. Why was I refused a service then? I drove all the way from Ijburg with my family in the car. Now I will just go to kadour instead of you guys. This is the best restaurant ( of its kind of course ) in Amsterdam. By far.

You can buy meat from the 'in-house' butcher and get it grilled and eat it. The prices are slightly higher than a normal butcher, but a lot cheaper than a normal restaurant. The meat selection is impressive, they even have wagyu meat.

The staff is super nice, always.

I eat here quite often, always with my wife. She's on a wheelchair. The staff is always super attentive , and helpful. Particularly considering the situation.

Why?

I come every Sunday It is my favorite place for meat in Amsterdam. I live here One year and in this one year I come every Sunday.

In the last month I noticed that many employees are not working anymore here and they are working less people and very often they delay because we are many customers and there are less employees for us.

Why happened this? Bring back your experience, bring back the professional situation and don't be lazy and let less people work for you because you don't want to pay them properly. Otherwise as a company you will lose
