If you're looking for a beach that's equal parts paradise and comedy club, Mambo Beach in Curaçao is the place to be! This five-star slice of heaven had me laughing so hard, I nearly forgot to reapply my sunscreen.
First off, the view at Mambo Beach is so breathtaking, it's almost unfair to other beaches. I mean, crystal-clear waters, flamingos flying by, and a backdrop that looks like it was painted by Mother Nature herself? It's like the beach is just showing off – and frankly, who can blame it?
Now let's talk about the beach beds – they're so comfy, I couldn't help but wonder if they were stuffed with clouds. I half-expected to find a team of angels working overtime behind the scenes, ensuring my ultimate relaxation.
And the facilities? Talk about impressive. With everything from mouthwatering food to exhilarating water sports, I was genuinely torn between trying it all or just taking a moment to applaud the sheer variety of options.
But let's not forget the people. Mambo Beach was bustling with tourists, and while some might find that annoying, I saw it as the perfect opportunity for some top-notch people-watching. I mean, have you ever seen someone try to balance a plate of nachos, a cocktail, and their dignity while navigating the sand? That's comedy gold, my friend.
Sure, there's an entrance fee of 6 NAF per person, but I considered it a small price to pay for a beach experience that had me grinning from ear to ear. And yes, it can feel a bit touristy at times, but isn't that part of the charm? It's like an all-inclusive resort, without the tacky wristbands.
In conclusion, my time at Mambo Beach was nothing short of a five-star, laughter-filled adventure. If you're looking for a place where the sun shines as brightly as your sense of humor, look no further than this Curaçao gem. Trust me, you'll leave with a sun-kissed glow and enough hilarious memories to...
Read moreWell, I have heard great things about this place... but US CITIZENS BE AWARE!!! Unfortunately as an American I can not gain access to the club after happy hour (because our vaccine QR codes aren't acceptable here)... I was literally turned away after the question was asked, are you American 😳... So pretty much a waste of time standing in line and verifying my vaccine QR code because it's worthless here... After 5 days on the island this is THE ONLY place to reject my QR code. I understand rules are rules and took the rejection like a man, but you better believe I will attempt to make sure others in my position won't have to go thru this too!
And with that said, the rejection was done with a smile and with zero attitude, I actually somewhat believe the young lady checking QR codes...
Read moreWhat an experience this place was. The beach is beautiful but small, be prepared to share the beach with hundreds of people. Its packed but food is very abundant. The atmosphere is all about relaxing and spending time with family or friends. Food is a but pricey but it is what it is. Parking g is free and the walk is less than 10 minutes to the food or beach. Its almost like a mall with a beach with a hotel attached to it. I love it here and I would likely visit this island and beach. I highly recommend this beach for your family because of all the amenities and the environment. We ate at the restaurant above the beach in the 2nd floor and it was delicious. Hope this...
