Great park with free entry
It's not really a park, it's a garden, but it has some nice features that mean you can spend a good few hours with kids 12 and under.
There is a water play area (water pump and some troughs. Quite a few ride on toys. A nice mini nature walk. Free range chickens to feed. Some super friendly goats. Rabbits that love to be fed dandelions. A cafe. Bee hives.
This is a real gem.
Buy some fresh eggs form the chickens or a jar of honey from the bees.
There is some car parking space.
The cafe has tosties and cake, coffee and alcohol free beer (if you can call that beer).

There was a greenhouse. Lots of learning opportunities for small kids. There were also a lot of toys for children, building bricks, small and big cars, some toy houses, small bikes etc.. Read moreHidden gem for kids! It's an amazing outdoor and indoor place for kids between 1-5 but outdoor activities are the core ones. Personnel (old people, volunteers only) do speak functional English. Three quarters of the parents and children are Dutch. It's recommended to arrive by bike although there are 3-4 parking spots.
