It was quite a disappointment to be honest. The starter was actually very much ok, but after that everything went sideways. I ordered pasta pesto with chicken. The chicken was an extra. It took almost an hour, before i got my plate. There was no chicken, so they had to take it back and prepared a new plate. on both plates they used Dutch cheese,which gets all sticky and doesn't mix with the pasta like Italian cheese does. They also putted pumpkin seeds inside, which is the wrong seed for pasta pesto. I guess they chose the cheaper version of this dish. Maybe they were understaffed,it for looked like that,but why should that be my problem. It would have been better to not let that many customers inside. Although I have been there many times (it was my third visit to the restaurant this month alone), I was very disappointed with the service. Between the starter and the main meal, it took them almost 1.30 hour to deliver! This happened after we had asked them twice about the delay. The first person we asked just looked at her tracking device and said the order was on its way without checking with the kitchen and the second told us it would be delivered within minutes! When the meal finally arrived (we had ordered two pizzas, nothing complicated), there was no explanation or apology on their part whatsoever as to why our order had been delayed for so long! I was waiting for more then 10 min to be served and also when I tried to draw my attention I was ignored. The staff were busy chatting looking at me and walking away. I walked over to the waitress who sat me down and explained that this was the first this happened to me whilst visiting a restaurant!
I travel a lot and can see the qualities of hospitality industry’s.
When I visited the first day it was ok and we even gave a good tip to the staff serving us.
I hope my observation will help the management draw attention to the staff how important it is to be efficient and the floor...
