Plumule Expat Store — Local services in Rotterdam

The worst store ever! I will never buy from them anymore. First i placed an order online and it took almost two weeks with no updates or delivery. I called the store and they said there was shipment issues with stock i must wait few more days for delivery. I did and finally it was sent…my order was missing and i called! They said the product was out of stock but they did not even inform me until i called. Then i opened the Iwisa maize meal it was full of insects/roaches crawling inside!! I even sent them an email with photos. I then called to complain and was told i would get a refund…1 month later i still did not hear from them. Customer service is also bad because they do not answer the phone and make empty promises when they do!! Bad store it should never sell...

I placed a big order the 30th of December 2024. As a first time customer I am not happy with the service. No response to emails. No one answers the phones. On Friday the 10th someone answered who I assume is the manager or owner and I was advised that there was products I ordered that is short dated and I needed to select other products which I did. The lady then apologised as her team should've made contact about the order. I said it's ok but please send the order. Today is the 14th no communication from their side and again no one picks...

Fantastic! Lots of those little American and British things that are otherwise missing in the standard grocery stores (hello Jiffy buttermilk biscuit mix!). Also delightful that they're open to suggestions and even taking notes at the register of items that people are interest in. I look forward to going back every so often to...
