I went here today and when I saw the pistachio and chocolate ice cream in the window I ordered it. However, they didn't give me the pistachio ice cream that was in the display case and the chocolate was poured on it, and they brought an empty and very frozen pistachio ice cream from the kitchen. And because my Dutch language is not good, I told her in English that I want the one that is mixed with chocolate in the showcase, and the sales lady said that these are the same. Van de week cupcakes gekocht bij Dolce, 6 smaken en alle zes geproefd. Ik moet toch echt zeggen dat het cake gedeelte niet best was, droog, te compact en zeer smaakloos. Het crème gedeelte eigenlijk het zelfde, is zeker geen botercrème, te pillerig, niet zacht en glad. Dat is wat je zou verwachten van botercrème. En smaakloos, niet de smaak die er bij hoort, de frambozen smaak, smaakt ver weg naar aardbei zeker niet naar framboos. De chocolade heeft als nasmaak idd iets heel ver weg de smaak van chocolade. En de blauwe cookiemonster zou naar oreo moeten smaken, nou ik zou eens oreo’s kopen daar smaken ze zeker niet naar. Ook het uiterlijk is slecht. Plat en dus alsof ze in gestort zijn. Zoals ik ze bij jullie op de website heb gezien en op Instagram daar lijken ze totaal niet op die zien er netjes en verzorgd uit. Die zou ik eraf halen. Een maandje geleden heb ik ook eens cupcakes gekocht bij Dolce, die waren echt super, goede smaak, botercrème was echt botercrème, er zat ook echt smaak aan. Ook de cake was luchtig en zeer smaakvol. En ook zagen deze er top uit qua uiterlijk. Zoals ze nu nog op de website en Instagram staan. Dat is misleidend. Ik weet echt niet wat er in de tussentijd gebeurd is. Maar zeker niet in het voordeel van Dolce’s cupcakes. Absoluut in het nadeel, ik zal ze nooit meer kopen bij Dolce en mijn in ziens ieder die het mij zal vragen, afraden om ze daar te kopen. Voor ijs prima , maar de cupcake never again. Kunnen jullie niet terug gaan naar de vorige leverancier? Excuses maar dit is mijn...

The place looks pretty from afar but the couches are dirty and ripped from closer. The server did not allow me to put two flavors of ice cream in the same cup in order to not ruin my experience, even though I was choosing them by myself.
