we brought 3 month ago 2 two different sofas from online farmers market, after we paid the full amount I saw the day of possible delivery, them I thought well I have make the mistake, delivery says 15th of mayo 2022, anyway on 10th of April we have a call said that sofas will be delivered around 15th of July if we want the money back or we can wait, well wasn't the idea to wait to long so we ask if we can check on store for others option, they said yes, so we when to few shops no luck until we find one of shop to help as and we find the sofa, so the person said you have to call we can't help here, so we call again and they said ok we can change for that sofa, but someone will call you back to confirm that, no one call back after 3 days so we call again and they said sorry we don't have nothing here, and after long talk finally find all, but for our unlucky experience said ok will be delivered in around 30 days, so after all delivery it's a big problem, customer service online it's a huge big problem, lack of system and respond, and shop service also bad, no happy to help and no care for customer at all, that make my to no buy anything else from farmers market online or shopping with any assistance person,...

I was on the hunt for a very specific cream blush—a peachy coral pink with a glassy finish. Yesterday, Synthiya kindly helped me narrow things down, and today I returned with an actual sample in hand. This time, Preet at the Bobbi Brown counter took charge, and what followed was nothing short of amazing teamwork.
At one point, we were walking across every makeup counter in search of the shade, and almost every makeup artist on the floor joined in—each one heading off in different directions to help find the perfect match. It truly felt like a village came together for this one blush! 🤣
In the end, I purchased two beautiful Bobbi Brown shades to mix and create exactly what I was looking for. A massive thank you to Synthiya, Preet, and every makeup artist who went the extra mile to help me. Preet, your customer service was outstanding—warm, patient, and genuinely invested.

Read moreHad a very bad experience today, one of the staff lady told my mum off because she was trying to see a tester product and snatched the thing out of her hand saying she shouldn't be opening the stock. Ok i get it, it did not have a tester sticker on it but it was placed in the tester's spot and was opened already so my mum was looking at it until that woman ruined the whole mood. That woman could have said it in a more polite tone, and then she came back around to say the same thing, like my mum got so upset that we left the store! And my other problem is the mall opens at 9 am, we were there at 11:30 something. BRO your products should be on the shelves, the testers should be on their places like it's been 2.5 hours and the workers must have been there even before that! I was looking for my concealer shade, literally half of the testers and even the products are not even on the shelves??? Like what do you want me to buy there or not? I swear never shopping at this...
