worst click and collect service i have ever experienced!!!! as I am writing, I am still waiting for one last item they can't seem to find, or was given to another customer by mistake. first half of my order, i waited an hour and when i i received a message that the rest of my order was ready to be collected, i made sure i make use of their online pick up schedule. so i was scheduled to collect mine on a friday at 8am, but surprise surprise! i waited an hour and a half and still got incomplete items. the single last item they couldn't find so they said they're gonna get the stock from mt. roskill and deliver it to me on the same day. A week has gone and have not received anything, not even an explanation on what happened to the supposed delivery of my order. tried to ring them 3x, no one was answering so went back to the store only to be given excuses again!! i even used that online pick up schedule but then again that...

PS5 nba 2K26 game released today so went here hoping to get it since it’s showing available in store but they tell you they can’t find it in their storage because they “don’t know where their boss put the stuff” I’m not sure thats a valid reason for not providing what you list you have instock. The staff asked me to go to Newmarket to shop since they already sold one, makes me wonder why they could sell it as marketed but this store fails. Also asking customers to spend time travelling to another store to get it or come back 2 days later because you can’t find it is not a solution.

This reflects poor judgment on store management as well given they could not prepare stock replenishment based on marketed release dates...

Unfortunately not a good experience. I was looking to purchase a phone and none was around the electronic area, after waiting few minutes i decided to go at the check out and ask for help. The operator called someone to help me but none came, so i returned back at the electronix and took a picture of what i wanted and back at the checkout. The price that i was charged was more respect the price advertised, when i asked why i was charged more i got told that the promotion ended few days before (????). The sign was still there and i took a picture of it. I didn't feel like wasting more time there so i paid the full price and left, was only a few dollars difference but that is still...
