Basics Asian Supermarket — Attraction in Christchurch

Service was not good, and the checkout lady was rude, not recommended. We were shopping in this supermarket and my son was urgent to go to toilet, then he politely asks the checkout lady to use the toilet (we never know there is a toilet in the back), the lady said "Ok" (thank you for that). The problem was there is no toilet paper in the toilet which we had found out about 20 mins after. My son was embarrassed to come out, so I have to ask the checkout lady to "borrow" some toilet paper for my son as I could see a roll of paper just next to her. Do you know what she said?! She said: "It is for staff ONLY"! Wat! It is not about toilet paper; it is how you treat your customs!!! It's very bad service....

The chinese lady was rude at the check out. I asked her if I could put my eggs in a container which they would dump to cardboard bin. She replied "Don't you see it's too small for the eggs?" seeming rude and frustrated. She straight away pulled the stuff I was holding to check out. I know that it won't fit the egg tray, I wanted to put the eggs in, not the tray. Use your ears and listen before you judge! Why some asian ladies aged 40 or above are so rude and impatient? Even living in NZ where people behave politely, they just don't learn, always think...

Very bad service! My voucher show up expired in 31/12/2021. Did not say when I mean time expired. And the manager explained me that system said that already used. I think voucher should link with customer number but not. And if I use it. Mist be take voucher back. Not happy because last time I couldn't find my vouncher then I cannot use up to now.
