Do not trust this company with your property! Do not rent properties under this companies care!

My friend and I moved into a property. Carpets weren't cleaned, kitchen and bathroom was disgusting window fixings lose curtains moldy gardens not done. But worst of all human feces behind the garage.... It was disgusting and no clothesline.

Then as more issues popped up and repairs were needed my friend (the main tenant) would contact them to get things fixed only to be most times ignored and have to contact the actual owner to get stuff done!

We never even meet our property manager she subcontracted her duties out, rent inspections weren't done by her, her only contact with us was email and text.....
