My booking was at 11am for both manicure and pedicure - gel polish. advised approximately an hour or less for both job done. Then I have arrived the shop around 10:55am and cannot imagine that I left the shop at 1:20pm. Not to talking about how much time I have to wait, 2 of my nails was bleeding due to cutting/shaping. The final work done was just rough. Also, the price list at shop VS online are different for the same thing. Please update your price list online, so customers won’t having surprise at the end. Not a good experience and Not recommended.

Thanks for letting me know what has happened on the day, it’s all understandable for unexpected staff arrangement. However With 1 staff away, and your customer to spend 2 and half hours in the shop is really not a good experience. Believe me, I am not the only one to complain the waiting hours, the other lady was also made the same comments for waiting. Well, I guess the staff should let us know first, I may reschedule the bookings as I had to cancel my next appointment.
Also thanks for the offer to fix my nails, I don’t think there is much can be done, and both of my nails are getting better today.

I visit my son and family and always come here for mani and pedicure while on holiday Admittedly with Covid it’s been a long time since I visited,maybe even over a year, so I was pleasantly surprised to see the revamp..not sure wen it was done but it looks great The service however was not .. I asked for mani and pedicure, Got quote,and was seated with hardly an acknowledgement in the first seat, The place was mostly empty,Altho it was around midday,myself and one other. It was usually very busy. So my feet were attended to in a timely manner ,and this result was good ,but the manicurist ( a male) was continually talking to another staff member in another language,ignoring me as a customer,which I thought was a bit rude . The other staff member was an unwell lady who decided to do my manicure while talking still,a few grunts came my way . I decided to have my nails oiled instead of using nail polish,something I often have done but was told they only have cuticle oil,thst they had no nail oil.I was very surprised but asked her just to use this ..so she just got the brush out and put a few drops on each cuticle She didn’t rub or massage it in . Read moreI visited the Naila beauty salon today for the first time and experienced a significant issue with the waxing service that needs to be addressed. During the treatment, my skin peeled off, which I brought to the staff's attention as soon as I saw it. Instead of receiving an acknowledgement of the problem or an apology, I was given a dismissive explanation ( the staff said "the wax wasn't even that hot. That only happens when it's too hot") This is unacceptable, especially since I came in specifically to prepare for an event tomorrow.
Furthermore, the staff's communication was unprofessional. They frequently gave short, curt answers and then immediately conversed amongst themselves in their native language, creating the distinct impression that they were talking about me. While I respect their ability to speak their language, it is imperative that they communicate in English as a matter of courtesy. Additionally, despite my advanced booking and scheduled nail add-on, the service felt rushed.
On a positive note, my nails were expertly done, and I would recommend their nail art services. However, I cannot recommend their waxing services due to this negative experience and expect the salon to take steps to prevent similar incidents...
