i am appauled at the service here, we ordered bacon on the side of my friend and I's dishes and they checked with us three times that that was what we actually wanted. the food came out and sure enough it was bacon inside and on the side. i am a vegetarian and therefore cannot eat meat. i understood that this was obviously a miscommunication and can forgive that but once we made them aware of the situation they made no effort to resolve the situation. and rolled their eyes at us. we were very polite about the situation and they were very frustrated and rude. would...

Delicious big breakfast! Possibly the best I’ve had on the shore! It came with everything I’d want on a breakfast with homemade baked beans, a potato rosti, perfectly cooked eggs, bacon, mushrooms, tasty sausages and just overall amazing! My friend got the smashed avomamae, panna cotta muesli and orange juice which came together as one dish, for anybody who can’t decide between sweet and savoury! Would definitely recommend KARA! I’m not sure if there has been a management change but I was unimpressed with today’s visit. I asked for cold water. There was little response, just a nod to the counter water. I then saw water in the chiller and had to ask twice for some. Very little reaction again. The staff showed low level energy. The little garden area out the back saves the cafe, in my opinion.
