HELL Pizza Henderson — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

Extremely disappointed and deeply concerned with our recent experience at Hells Pizza Henderson. My daughter has a severe dairy allergy and made it very clear, three separate times, when ordering that her pizza needed to be gluten free and vegan. Despite her clear communication, the pizza she was given was Gluten free but not dairy free.

She only realised the mistake after she had already eaten it, when she noticed the box said "not dairy free." She immediately called the restaurant, hoping they would take the situation seriously. Instead, they casually confirmed it was not dairy-free and offered to make her another pizza, even after she told them she had already eaten it and would now likely become seriously ill.

To top it off, the staff simply responded with, “OK, have a great day.” No apology, no concern, no effort to take responsibility for what could be a life-threatening mistake.

Food allergies are not a preference. They're a serious health risk. This kind of carelessness is unacceptable, and we won’t be returning. I hope the restaurant reviews its food handling procedures and trains staff to take allergy warnings seriously before something...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hell Pizza Henderson (Lincoln Road), and I must say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and the team was polite and professional. Our order was taken with care, delivered quickly, and arrived hot, fresh, and full of flavor .exactly what you hope for from a great pizza place. I ordered a vege Mahem as I'm vegeterian but I was given a chicken one instead which had also been dropped. I rung the store for some help and they said it wasn't their problem as it had to be sorted through Uber Eats (which I understand) but it wasn't Uber Eats problem my pizza was made wrong though, Maybe the dropping part I don't know?. I didn't get a sorry or any help on how to fix the issue which was frustrating. I did end up getting a refund from Uber Eats as I figured out how to do it on my own but that didn't even cover the delivery fee. In the past I have had this pizza and it's always bad quality at the Henderson store. Should of stuck with the Westgate store they make the best pizza's there :) I wouldn't reccomend this...
