Burger King Henderson — Restaurant in Henderson-Massey

It was the worst experience I have had. The place was so sorry that I had to go up to the counter and ask them to clean the drinks station. It was so sticky from spilt drinks, no ice, lids and cups spread everywhere, rubbish bin next to drinks station was over flowing. We moved tables 2 times before we found one that was not covered with food wrappings because the bins were full and they were reaĺly sticky. I had ordered a Hawaiian Burger combo and the quality of this was really shocking, chips were like they had been doubled cooked, the top bun of my burger was cold, bacon had not been heated and I just couldn't eat it. I took it back and was given another combo which wasn't much better. It was at this point that I told them about the drinks station situation and It took them at least 20 minutes before they went and cleaned it up. The only reason I had gone to Burger King was because my granddaughter had done really well at school and she got to choose where she wanted to go for dinner and as she had never been there she picked it. We will not be going back there and I will be sharing out experience with family and friends. I must congratulate there staff because they were polite and handled my complaint as well...

Yesterday my family and i visited BK on Lincoln Road for our afternoon lunch. Upon arrival we were served by a worker Samantha who had to worst customer service we had experienced. First of all she let us stand at the counter while she was standing at the front for a good 3 minutes. When she finally walked over to serve us, she did not greet us but blatantly said "Whats your order". I told her we had not ordered yet so she rolled her eyes and asked what we wanted. We then ordered and continued to wait. In the mean time one of her colleagues Basi'e came to help her with our order whilst doing drive thru orders. He was talking to her when she snapped back at him and yelled at him to shut up. In front of all of the customers. There was about 15 people who had heard it. We then got our order and had to return as she forgot my sundaes. When i asked for them she rolled her eyes again and just slammed them on the counter. Very upset with this branch, went there at 11pm to get dinner, after a long day, made an order for a Double whopper with cheese combo was asked if I wanted anything else, asked to add a creamy mayo cheese burger and went to continue but was then stopped and told that they had no beef and could only serve chicken meals etc, So I re-made my order and got 2 x chicken burger meals with a salad burger, asked if we could have fresh chicken patties and fries, got my order and the fries had been mixed together with fresh fries and stale cold fries, the patties had been put back into the deep fryer to be reheated as they were slightly burnt, thin and slightly hard and the onion rings in my salad burger were so hard they crumbled when you crushed them, was very disgusted at this service, considering it was the first time of having Burger King since they opened from after the covid 19 lockdown, this store, needs...
