They do have everything under one roof and i loved shopping there. However, I've never been made to feel welcome at the till! On Monday 28/12 was served by a lady who couldn't be bothered to greet. It then seemed that she had a bit of a grizzle with another member of staff. I spent almost $200. Asked if we could have a bag, I'm on crutches, and was told I had to buy one. Gosh, surely if you spend a certain amount you should get a bag free!!! Last time I spent more or less same amount and I was given a bag. Excellent large spacious mall. Every variety of shop you could need. Clean well presented eye catching displays in all shops. Excellent central eating court so that friends or family can meet up. Best to work out which shops are in which area so that when you parking you are not walking too far to load up the car. Mall can get crowded but that the excitement of living in a large multicultural city. Be prepared to spend hours there. Nice restaurant pubs too. Great place for winter entertainment...

Popped in for a cup of tea at Filly this morning. Nice greeting and the cabinet looked amazing. Divided the banana and salted caramel cake with a friend. Unfortunately we both noticed it tasted slightly of baking soda but as they make the cakes on the premises he was able to inform the chef. Maybe an apology or slight refund would have been appropriate. Worth a visit though and nice that it's on the outside of...
