They do have everything under one roof and i loved shopping there. However, I've never been made to feel welcome at the till! On Monday 28/12 was served by a lady who couldn't be bothered to greet. It then seemed that she had a bit of a grizzle with another member of staff. I spent almost $200. Asked if we could have a bag, I'm on crutches, and was told I had to buy one. Gosh, surely if you spend a certain amount you should get a bag free!!! Last time I spent more or less same amount and I was given a bag. Anyway, I dropped one of my items, trying to put things into my pockets right next to her feet. She didn't budge at all to help me pick up. I think I will go elsewhere next time.
