Kiwi Self Storage in Newlands is an awesome storage facility run by three really fantastic people - Greg, Wayne and Elaine. I stored everything I owned with Kiwi Storage for 15 months and during that time I was treated with such kindness and understanding. The wonderful team as named above went above and beyond for me in accommodating my belongings. The facility is incredibly well run and very secure - with all types and sizes of units. Greg, Wayne and Elaine were always available to discuss any storage requirements that I needed during my time with them. During that time they became a part of my life and going into the storage facility as often as I did it became like visiting friends. They always had time for a chat and a catch-up. What an amazing experience. Such a helpful, diligent and respectful team. Really took the time to listen and offer solutions. Very informative. Great customer service by all staff members. If you get lost or stuck they're happy to help. The premises is clean and orderly. The Newlands lay out is fantastic and easy to figure out. Prime location too being just off the motoeway. Very secure and private. Also the team are super easy to communicate with and I have had no delay through email correspondence too. So happy I took the time to get my storage sorted through these guys. Made a stressful time so...

After more than 2 years, my time has ended with KSS Newlands, and they've asked me to provide an honest review.

Storage isn't exciting, nor is paying money each month to do it.

However, in all my time and across three different storage units I used there - there was never a problem or issue that I encountered with them. Always prompt to attend to any issues, my stock was never at risk from damage or the elements, and on the small number of times that I forgot to pay, there was a gentle reminder politely worded.
