Turtle Pools Turangi beautiful beautiful facility. Always clean, always welcoming, and perfect for the whole whānau. Big mihi to the young maori wahine on staff, she’s always making people laugh and lighting up everyone’s faces with her smile. From tamariki splashing about, to rangatahi chilling, right through to our kaumātua relaxing, she engages with everyone like whānau. Lovely well maintained pools with friendly staff- unfortunately they cannot seem to work out the pricing, at all… (despite a detailed rate card at the desk and published rates on website). We went 3 days in a row and were charged different amounts each time (none of which aligned with the rates published) - I tried to query once and only seemed to confuse them further so ended up moving on as it was still affordable so we let it slide. Had an amazing time at this indoor pool! The facilities were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy. The highlight was definitely the rock climbing wall that leads right into the pool – such a unique and fun experience! The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it can get a bit crowded at times, but overall, it’s a fantastic place for a fun day out....
