First time I ordered the chicken was salty bit I didn't give any feedback. This time I ordered I told them to make it less salty. I picked up my food and it was salter than before. Called the number and the staff was really rude and disrespectful. Never order from this restaurant. WORST FOOD AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Edit after getting reply: I was going through your reviews couple of months back by other customers and one thing I found common is your rude and unprofessional customer service. I don't know why you're making up of what I said. When I called for placing ny order I told you that the food was saltier last time I ordered and requested to make it less salty. When I got the order it was even saltier than last time. When I called you second time I just told you that this food is even saltier than before. The response you have was unprofessional and rude. I didn't want a refund nor did I want to come all the way to your shop and get something else. I just wanted to let you know about the quality of food you're serving. The person answer the phone was the one who was rude and asked me to give the food back and take the money back.
NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN AND FYI THE FOOD ENDED UP IN TRASH SADLY. Please look into the word sorry in a dictionary. I'm pretty sure it'll be useful for you...
Read moreJust brought $11 nibbles and chips from the store on 10/2/24 and after picking the food it was really salty as if like it was socked in salt water which means pickled chicken with full of salt.we tried to call them to sort out the problem and the guy at the counter answered the phone and told that bring them and give the food back and take money in a rude way . I talked with him in a good manner and he just turned at me as if I had served him salted chicken As a customer myself pov its not about the $11..As we paid money for the good food and its not like taking as a charity. Try to admit your Mistake please, mistake can happen to Any one and this is not the right way to deal with customer for your mistake…
I really like the reply you gave me but, the way you talked with me and throwing all the swear words really felt disgusted. Anyone whose going to buy from you guys please be beware of their foods when you buy. I know this takeaway, for 15 years, I remember, when I was studying at three kings English course, I used to have breakfast and lunch in this takeaway almost daily. I am not sure if this people are the same or not, but I have bought foods hundreds of times. And I haven't complained before, but since I started uber eats delivery and takeaway regularly, the last time I was taking my order I said "Thank you" and the guy replied unprofessional and unrispecfully way said "just bye bye bye" I felt very bad for his service and the food was unexpected, so I left review here, however as the guy knew me, I deliver Uber, instead of saying "we will improve our service" he threatened me to take my details from uber and report.
