This for me was a highlight of Queenstown. The CBD can become a bit like 'shop central' the Peace Park offers a restful retreat and tells a deeper story about the richness of the place and the sacrifice that has made modern Queenstown the safe and exciting place it is. The Archway at the entrance to the park reminded me of the primacy of the value of service...

Close to Queenstown Airport but by Lake Wakatipu. This reforestation project is still in its infancy but is already a beautiful place to walk or cycle. It will be wonderful in a few years! Well done to the volunteers on...
