We enjoyed our stay here. Many thanks to Rebecca for great communication and service. The apartment is a 3 story with garage and laundry on first level then up a set of stairs to queen bed, master with king and ensuite with shower and main bathroom with tub. Up another set of stairs to a small third bedroom and kitchen and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with gas hobs, self cleaning electric oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Nice set of knives and enough dishes etc. the dishwasher could use upgrading but otherwise all good, bedrooms fitted with nice linen. Shower pressure good. Heated towel racks a nice addition. Wifi was adequate for all of us including the gamers. The location is good but does require a walk to get into qtown restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the walk and the up part was certainly made easier by using the lifts in the Rydges and QT hotels. It was the most beautiful place with the mesmerizing views from each one of the rooms and the view from kitchen is just wow. It is 5 minutes walk from Kelvin Heights trail which is a beautiful walk with the view ofcourse. The outdoor spa is the gem to end up your day in a relaxing way. I had kids with me who loved the place and want to go back there again already. The bonus was that the house had everything you name it for a perfect family holiday. I was able to do my laundry, cook light meals etc. And i enjoyed the quiet reading section and the happy hour when kids were sleeping. The presentation of the house was great. The rules were quite clear and necessary contact details mentioned. Only thing I wasn't sure was to get extra toiletries and towels, so we ended up buying some but wasn't too bad. If i had tried I am sure there wouldn't be any problems. The location of the house is to die for. So I recommend this place highly to whosoever is planning to visit Queenstown, you...

We rented out the Lakes Edge Oasis Holiday Home for 5 nights and absolutely loved our time there! This home is situated in Kelvin Heights with stunning views from almost every room. The utilities in the lounge and bedrooms were well maintained, nice, new and very clean. The home was always warm and we definitely appreciated the underfloor heating in the bathrooms - perfect for the cold mornings and nights. To top it all off, the one thing we looked forward to everyday was making use of the new spa pool, situated perfectly on the balcony, with breathtaking views of the Kawarau River and the snow capped Remarkables. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay there and I’m sure we definitely will be back.
