This has got to be one of the most picturesque playgrounds not only in New Zealand, but throughout the world. It's nestled on the shores of Lake Tekapo, with its beautiful aqua sheen, and complimented by the blooming flowers during December (when we visited). There's 2 flying fox lines, a few swings and spinny things. Not a whole lot of equipment, but a great view!

The zipline and slide are for the bigger kids over 5 years old. There are also swings by the side, nearer to the picnic bench. Kids can enjoy playing here while the parents take in the stunning view of lake tekapo. Lupin flowers can be seen here in early Dec.

Great playground with a view. My kids aged 9 and 12 are growing out of playgrounds (especially the eldest), but they both loved the ziplines, and I saw a few young adults...
