Highly Recommend – One of the Best Burgers I’ve Ever Had! Waitress Annet was amazing.

My partner and I are food bloggers, and every weekend we try a new restaurant. We recently visited Tekapo and had dinner from 25 Degrees Burger Bar and it did not disappoint!

We ordered the Barbecue Burger, Southern Fried Chicken Burger, Buffalo Wings, and Fries. The beef patty was perfectly cooked, juicy, flavorful, and delicious. The fried chicken was crispy with just the right blend of spices, paired beautifully with fresh salads and toppings. Every bite was spot on.

Even with the restaurant packed and a queue at the door, the service was exceptional. Due to the crowd, we opted for takeaway. We were assisted by a lovely staff member, Annet. Despite the team being incredibly busy, taking orders, serving tables, and managing the crowd. Annet went out of her way to make us feel welcomed and looked after. She checked in on us while we waited and engaged us in friendly conversation, making the whole experience feel personal and warm.We were genuinely impressed by the staff’s dedication and hard work. They absolutely deserve recognition for running the place so smoothly under pressure.

a group of six of us went in at around 1pm on a Saturday for lunch, there was about 15 people inside, most of them already eating, so no space for us in there, unfortunately both the heaters outside were out of gas, so we had to sit in the cold. both the cashiers were very slow, so ordering for the six of us took about 15 minutes, the cashier put in the wrong burger for me, and I checked and made sure it was actually the correct one, and she assured me it was. about 45 minutes later, the first lot of food started coming out for our table, most of it lukewarm. another 10 minutes pass, my food is not yet here, I ask at the counter, they seem confused and go ask the kitchen. I then get my takeaway food about 10 minutes later, they've given me the wrong burger, and it was cold, and a miniscule portion of fries, also lukewarm. so if you feel like waiting an hour in the cold for cold food, this is the...

My daughters and I dined here while staying at Lake Tekapo after a recommendation from a local business employee. Our meals were delicious and very good value. I thoroughly enjoyed my watermelon mojito. We were travelling to Christchurch the next day and my daughter realised she had lost her phone. We were unable to find her phone before having to leave the next day. Upon arriving in Christchurch we saw the wonderful staff had found the phone and were trying to find the owner. One of the staff members (PaNita) even offered to bring it to Christchurch herself but we were flying out the day before she was coming. Through the support of PaNita we were able to find a local community member who was driving to Christchurch the next day. I cannot thank PaNita and the staff of 25 Degrees enough. She went above and beyond to help me. 10/10 service....
