Some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Girl behind the counter was zero help and kept telling me she did not have a certain product that was on sale saying it was other stores even though the website said otherwise Wouldn’t come out from behind the counter to help me even though I had a toddler in a pram. Finally after me going back and forth myself I found the product that was on sale and she still tried to charge me full price

Been to Tekapo couple times, we stepped into the shop this time and what a waful experience, a Lady staff with european or south america ascent(definately not kiwi) is quite offensive and rude in communication, I feel sorry for the shop owner, not a proper...

Very nice, helpful staff and a good selection of items. I went into the store to buy sandals which had to be ordered from another store. Everybody there was very kind and helpful through the process. Found every other item I needed so far as well...
