Wow! We had the most fabulous time. We chose the Benmore Beauty day ride, which did not disappoint. Spectacular views, awesome fun track. Annie’s bikes are well looked after and held up beautifully. It is a bit of a tricky track at times, narrow, gravel, sharp turns, steep slopes. But at every turn we were oooh and aaahhhhing. Stunning! Stunning! Then the next day we did the Twizel day ride. Again, just beautiful. Different track altogether. Longer but easier. The scenery is just so beautiful. The A2O tracks are super fun. Can’t fault the bikes or service. Annie had us all sorted and Chris came to collect us at the end of each ride. I highly recommend...

We were two people trying to hire bikes. Annie may have a friendly persona but she is very offensive.

She asked us on three seperate occasions whether we had people out back who will share ride the bikes with, which we said no each time. I don't know which part of "just us two, our friends and families are back in Australia" does she not understand. She probably had an argument with someone on the phone and assumed we were them but thats really no excuse to treat customers this way.

We had an incredible experience hiring bikes from BeSpoke for the Alps 2 Ocean (A2O) trail! Annie was wonderful to work with - she was responsive and professional before our trip in making sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived, all of our bikes were ready to go and worked great throughout the entire trip. Our group of 4 all hired bikes with 2 panniers to carry our gear, and they handled all the terrain wonderfully. Thank you Annie and BeSpoke for facilitating such a wonderful experience!
