Hot Springs professes they make the #1 Spa pools in the World. Ok.. if you bought a car from a company making the same claim would you expect them to also provide efficient and premium quality back up service? But instead, if your car broke down or you needed a part it was almost impossible to get through to them or get any sort of support or response. And if you actually did get to talk to someone instead of organising an expert to attend to your problem they tried to give you verbal instructions on how to dismantle the mechanism and (try) fix it yourself. Or, as happened last week, indifferently informed you it would be a minimum seven week wait before your car was (possibly) back on the road. Yes I have heard of Covid, but seriously…do you have THAT many products breaking down? So as mentioned in other recent reviews, good quality product but appalling after sales “service”. Shopping for a new Spa? buy a Vortex like we recently did for our new house – over $45k worth of business Hot Springs should have/would have got if they hadn’t left us in hot water so many times….figuratively...
Read moreWe purchased a Freeflow Spa around 8 years ago from the Albany Showroom after meeting Verla. She was so very knowledgeable and gave us so much confidence in the quality of the product. It turned out to be a great decision. That spa saw us survive multiple COVID lockdowns and was so easy to maintain. It cost us very little in power. When we moved house we left the Excusion there and inherited one. It was a cheap spa, noisy, smelly and expensive to run. We missed our Hot Spring. As our kids are now older we decided to treat ourself to a smaller spa from the Highlife Range and went with the Jetsetter LX. We have no regrets. The motor massage is spectacular, we love the Salt System and don’t need shower after a spa anymore. The IQ system is very clever and user friendly. Read moreour first impression of customer service wasn't great at all. we had to walk around the shop many times and decided to walk out when someone decided to get up and ask if we need help. we did buy the spa and our spa is great! we received few emails to make full payment, before delivery. we did go to the shop on a weekday to pay full amount but person at the desk had no idea about anything because all sales people had workshop on that day so we had to chat with the delivery guy with bit of help with the checklist. again why have an unexperienced person at front desk once payment was made no response. we had to follow up after 4 days with a phone call and email.
