Traffic was manic. Parked on Victoria Street in a by lane and walked up. Nice evening stroll. Petrol headers waited in Traffic to view from their cars. We finished with the lights and were walking back and some of the vehicles were still driving up to Franklin Road. For years this is happening and some people are so incredibly annoying and inconsiderate. I think they should make it one way on Franklin road from 8pm to midnight in the last 2 weeks approaching of Christmas. One way Entry from Ponsonby Road Only and exit at...
