I had such an amazing experience with the team at DOR. I first reached out to them in 2020 for the engagement ring and worked with Matt and Lara to get the perfect ring. They were so knowledgeable and such a pleasure to work with. I then ended up going with the place-holder proposal ring so that my partner could end up designing the final touches with me as I knew that would be something she would like since she is a creative. This is such a great service they offer and it really means you can keep the proposal a surprise. My partner was completely surprised when I proposed, which was awesome and she loved the place-holder ring. It really is a beautiful design. We then got started with choosing the final design features. We also got our wedding bands from DOR and absolutely love them! The owners Michael and Michelle went above and beyond in ensuring we were taken care of. I was blown away, not only by the quality of the rings and diamonds, but also how the team helped me get the best value for money and was not pushy in anyway. They just wanted my wife and I to be happy with our rings and enjoy this beautiful chapter in our lives. Lissy, Lara and the team made it so easy! We were not sure at the beginning on how it was going to go but they provided us a lot of guidance and heaps of options. It was easy to book an appointment and communication was very efficient. We opted to do the proposal ring option (we did it at different times). My partner’s ring fit but just right but we discovered in the process that it would be better to opt for a slightly bigger size and also to change the colour of the band. While waiting for the actual ring to be made, Lissy provided us a bigger proposal ring in the preferred color so that my partner would be more comfortable. Once we received the actual ring, we were very happy with it. The quality of the diamond is excellent and so is the band in its entirety. We have now asked for a quote for our future wedding bands which would be fully customised to complement our current engagement rings. We are in the process of acquiring it.

I was fortunate enough to have had Lissy Cummings walk me through the whole process. Now, I know next to nothing about jewellery and after 30 minutes with Lissy, I was well educated and informed on the sort of details I should be looking for. Lissy made me feel at ease and was so so helpful with recommendations and ideas. She was such a pleasure to deal with and was very accommodating to my needs and requirements. Nothing was a problem to her and you get a sense of VIP treatment which was refreshing. Good help is very hard to find these days and Diamonds On Richmond is nothing but class. We managed to come up with a budget and got a beautiful ring to suit. I was kept up to date whilst the ring was being made and was completed well ahead of time.
