I have been using Xero for a long time including payroll. The number of times that I needed phone support and I would reach out via their useless central system only to have to wait and wait for support. I gave up in frustration and took the payroll system away from Xero and took it to a payroll system that was 100 x better. And they had a PHONE NUMBER to call if you needed support immediately. What are you afraid of xero to provide phone support for your thousands of users who are FRUSTRATED by you not providing the support and service that you should. There have been others who have given you this feedback but you chose to IGNORE it. I have used your central help function and it is cumbersome and painful. Read moreTheir system is for people with no accounting knowledge and doesnt allow you to make adjustments to suit your needs, some things get locked into the way they want and are greyed out and cannot be altered (i was the administrator so should have had full access). Their customer service is slow, you cannot contact them when you need them. Each question has a 4-5hour minumum wait time to get answered SO much lost time. When a reply is sent they just copy paste links to online articles for you to spend hours reading trying to self solve your problem I. cancelled within 1 day as to much down time, they still want to charge for a full month even if you don't use it plus every extra day beyond that month.
