Worst IT company I have ever dealt with. Support staff is useless and can't assist with even simple issues (Like setting up e-mail on outlook for Android). Took them 3 days to simply activate MS Office on a PC (We had extra keys, they simply hat to retrieve it and activate Office. Furthermore, took them 33 days just to check if we had an extra Windows key and collect a PC to install the Windows on (Which they call a rebuild fro some reason, should be a reinstall, no building of nothing.) and then they did not return the PC on time because the 'person who was supposed to do it called in sick'; they had the PC for 3 days. Windows installation takes 30 mins and backups etc should take no longer than an hour. No communication, horrible service and lack of...

I've been waiting for more than a month for some hardware components. This, despite several emails and telephone calls. It even included a promise by the organisation that the products would be delivered 'the very next day'. At this point in time, their sales people could not be bothered returning my calls/voicemail. In today's day and age, how can a company afford to care so little about customer service? I don't even want to begin to imagine the way this organisation treats 'higher-paying' customers, if this is the way they treat smaller clients. Taking my business...
