Parnell Gallery — Attraction in Waitematā

What a lovely space and such a lovely experience we have had here recently. Twice! The first time my partner and I popped in to see some specific works and we were helped by the lovely Rebecca Lees. She was so knowledgeable and kind in her ways and we appreciated that. Especially as he ended up investing in a beautiful piece that now has also a lovely memory of its purchase experience associated with it.

I had seen another work that I loved and decided to go back and get but I saw Rebecca wasn’t in till Tuesday so I waited and went back then, with my little pupper in tow (who loved the visit too) especially to connect with her again so that this piece of art may also be blessed with the same good vibes of the last experience. I purchased two Rika Nagahata prints from Parnell Gallery over a month ago: I was extremely impressed with this business!

The staff (I dealt with Laura and Kata) are clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about the artists and the pieces of their work they exhibit.

Customer service was "Gold Star" Kiwi level: Warm, professional and with fast & clear communication.

My prints arrived in perfect condition with immaculate packaging and attention to detail. The added info' sheets about the artist in the folder along with the invoice and certificates of authenticity are a really nice added touch.

Overall, I can honestly say that my customer experience here was so absurdly good on all levels that it itself felt like a piece of art. LOL 😂🤣 Highly recommended: 10/10
