I read some very negative feedback after booking and I became very apprehensive. However, I tried to be positive and I must say I wasn't disappointed. The only low side for me was that some of the water sports I hoped to indulge in were either out of service or needed more people to enjoy. I did indulge in some though.
I loved the environment. The environment is very relaxing. If you don't like a crowded beach, la campagne tropicana is for you. I went into the forest section and it reactivated my childhood memories. Initially, I wanted to cut short my journey because of the water sports issue I mentioned above but the forest changed everything.
The staff were very cordial and supportive. One thing really strands out about them, Oga your boy dey oo or daddy daddy your girl never chop since morning was absent.
The accomodation was pretty decent. The African teamed huts will bring one close to African creativity.
Well, optional pleasures are pretty expensive but very much within the normal hotel cost range.
