Quite simply the best cup of coffee I have ever experienced. Not only am I a "coffee and tea snob", but I visited TW after completing a trip backpacking around Europe (which included Italy), where I tried the best coffee according to locals and reviews in every location. Without question, Scandinavia (Norway and Sweden) boasts the best coffee, but TW takes the cake as the best of the best. If you're looking for a normal, overly roasted and monotone cup to offhandedly drink, perhaps visit elsewhere, as these coffees demand a bit more attention than others. The whole experience reminds me far more of a tea house - a welcome change from burnt drip coffee or overly bitter and tannic espressos from most other countries. Definitely worth the visit!

The best espresso in Oslo. And in my life? No really, I don't remember the day when I opened my eyes so widely after putting something into my mouth. Of course, I was expecting the coffee here to be glorious because I was getting it in Helsinki many times, but enjoying it in the small, cozy and beautiful cafe with the amazing, well-trained staff who love and who are passionate about their job is something more than just delicious experience. Both the cortado and the espresso we had were just stunning, thick but so smooth, bursting with flavour and acidity, that I had only one thought - I need more. And I need to be at this place again and again. (We grabbed some beans to make at home and they worked extremely well in the moka pot)

trying out artisan coffee in oslo! ⭐️Tim Wendelboe⭐️ is a chic espresso bar that serves highhhh-quality coffees in Grünerløkka, Oslo 🤤 the brand is founded by Tim Wendelboe, a World Barista Champion and World Cup Tasters Champion 🥇 apart from serving coffees, the store is also a micro-roastery where customers could purchase roasted beans and merchandise 💸 it is certainly a go-to for serious coffee drinkers who also enjoy home-brewing 🏡 i’ve gone with the typical hot latte and oh my, it tastes sooo smoothhh ✨ my order only goes with 1 shot of espresso but that is all i need 🤩 the drink is absolutely fantastic and beautiful that leaves me very satisfied!!

We got the cappuccino al fredo and the anisetta. Both were interesting cold coffee drinks. Coffee here isn't just coffee. It's almost like an art. Watching the batista make the cappuccino al fredo was very fun. The taste was similar to an ice cream. Not sweet but very creamy. The anisetta which has star anise in it was fragrant. But between the 2 I prefer the cappuccino al fredo. The atmosphere is very chill and relaxing. It's small and there aren't many tables so you might not get a table depending on how busy it is. There is a park nearby where you can enjoy it as well. We bought 2 bags of beans from here as well and enjoyed those at home.
