Al Mouj Beach Park — Attraction in Muscat

It's a very luxurious residential society . Located on 18th November road opposite to Muscat International Airport near Seeb . Society is full of facilities and eye-catching handout spots with a large number of shopping malls, restaurants, and hotels .you can buy apartments flats and villas in the area there are no restrictions for the customers to be resident of Oman any one can buy property in this area . 24/7 cctv surveillance guards and private security. This area is mostly populated with foreigners. They are expanding this area due to the higher demand of customers. The beach is really dirty. No one cares about that Beach. I, my partner and a friend are cleaning daily and voluntary the beach. People are leaving their masks, cigarettes bugs (hundreds of them are along the beach), bottles of water juice, softdrinks cans, take-away food packaging plastic bags. Beautiful, well kept park with lots of activities available for kids and adults. There is a very clean beach attached to the Park. Very recently, in November a kite boarding event was held here.
