🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 An Exceptional Stay with Heartfelt Service – Thank You, Kempinski Muscat!

We recently stayed for 2 nights and 3 days at Kempinski Hotel Muscat, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles, elegant surroundings, and a true sense of hospitality that made us feel right at home.

The hotel itself is stunning — clean, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed with families in mind. Our room was spacious and beautifully maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere that helped us relax from day one. But what truly stood out was the incredible staff who made our stay unforgettable.

🍽️ Dining That Feels Like Home

We are so grateful to Snow, the lovely waitress at The Kitchen Restaurant, who assisted us during both lunch and dinner buffets. Her kind nature and attentive service made every meal extra special.

We also want to thank Princess, another kind and gracious waitress, who made a point to ask about our stay and dining experience. She sincerely offered her assistance and made sure we felt well taken care of.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Santosh, who went out of his way to find blackberries for our 4 year old son — even though they weren’t on the buffet. That thoughtful gesture meant so much to us as parents and brought pure joy to our little one.

We also want to recognize the friendly pizza chef at the buffet. Although we didn’t catch his name, his warm smile and engaging personality added such a positive energy to the dining experience. He clearly enjoys what he does, and it shows!

We must also mention the very nice lady at the reception of The Kitchen, whose name we sadly forgot. She was always there to assist us with a smile whenever we came for breakfast and lunch. Her calm, helpful presence did not go unnoticed and added greatly to our pleasant dining experiences.

☕ Sweet Moments at the Café

A big thank you to Jaouad, the barista at the café, who took such sweet care of our toddler. He constantly checked in to see what our son wanted and even surprised him with a free scoop of ice cream — a moment of pure happiness that made our day.

👧 A Special Place for Little Ones

Our son had a wonderful time at the Kids Club, thanks to Ethel, who welcomed us so warmly and even offered us some water to drink. Her friendly and caring approach made us feel comfortable from the start.

🍜 Warm Takeaway Experience from Soi Soi

We ordered takeaway from Soi Soi Restaurant, and the Thai fried rice we had was absolutely delicious — full of flavor and freshly prepared. A special thanks to Kanyanit and Vanlapa, who took our order with such friendliness and warmth. They were especially kind to our son, engaging with him so sweetly while we waited. Their cheerful attitude left a lovely impression, and we’re already looking forward to dining in at Soi Soi on our next visit.

Amazing stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat

From check in, the attention to detail to our stay set the bar high and the staff have continued to maintain throughout our stay!

There are so many people who have made our stay perfect that we didn't get everyone's name.

The lady in red team is outstanding, they have helped and catered to make my wife's birthday a special moment. Before the stay, they were very helpful, accommodating and promptly replied to my email queries. Thoughout the stay as we pass by the reception they are welcoming each and every time. Many thanks go to Carla, Atena and Gulnaz. Apologies if I have missed anyone from that team.

The staff at the breakfast kitchen are amazing, friendly and very attentive. Schola always welcomes us with a smile which makes going to breakfast a joy. There is a wide selection of breakfast available and over the week some good rotation of food. There is always plenty of seating available and no waiting required at this time. The waiters are all super friendly, attentive and helpfull. Sorry if we have missed out names as there are too many but a huge thank you to all especially Myo, Aishwarya, Mark Qais, Khalil , Mark and Chef Sufi firda. Tracey is also so lovely and very professional and would come over to us each day.

A huge thank you to the reception and concierge. From the moment we walked in they have made our experience unforgettable. Nada was very helpfull on providing advice on where to go/eat and the amenities around the hotel. We had a slight issue with our intial room but upon reporting it and the fault not being able to be promptly fixed we were given an alternative room which we are very thankfull. Apologies we didn't get the names of the other staff at reception but thank you to all. Muhammad on the front desk was very helpfull in suggesting restaurant.

Staff at the poolside are Incredible to be outside in the heat constantly providing towels, water, watermelon slices and food. Abbas is very friendly and helpfull.

The room and the grounds are constantly in pristine condition. We had the deluxe room with a sea view which had views of the cascade pool and the sea. There was a review left that the pillows were soft. We requested firm pillows from housekeeping and provided promply. The cleaning crew are amazing and leave the room in a pristine condition after they have been. I didn't get the name of the person in the hallway as he was cleaning but he had been here couple of months. He was very polite and friendly to talk to.

The bukhara and soi soi restaurant was a joy, great selection of tasty food and reasonable priced. Also the Indian high tea at The Boulevard is a nice experience.

We travel frequently throughout the middle east and this hotel is in our top list to return to. All the staff are as asset to this hotel in maintaining its...

Oh, where should I start. This hotel is fabulous. We stayed here for 8 nights and had a fantastic time. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The house keeping does an amazing job (up to multiple times a day) and is very respectful to personal belongings and space. We also enjoyed the turndown service. Breakfast is an experience itself. The variety of foods from Indian, to Arabic and continental options and so much more is fantastic. Everything is done with a smile and tastes wonderful. If anything is missing, the staff is extremely helpful and invested in getting it for you - whether it is a vegan option, special tea or other things you could think of. I especially want to mention Jay and Stepan from the service team - thank you guys! Food at the Iftar buffet is also very tasty and diverse, so that you can find several options no matter the food / dietry preferences. The hotel it self with its lobby, garden, pools, beach, restaurants, corners to relax, lounges and so on is not only gorgeous but also provides perfect space for everyone. And here again, the service is fantastic. Whether you are at the adult „Cascade“ pool that proviedes special serenity or at the larger pool by the beach, the service team of „pool boys“, life guards and waiters are very friendly and accommodating. I want to specially mention Leslie and thank for his kindness and great help. The hotel is close to the airport and despite its proximity, you can barely ever hear airplanes - you will see them more often than hearing them. And then, if you need any assistance, be it with trips and excursions, organizing stuff or just assissting with a „talabat“ order, the concierge desk and reception are also very service orientent, patient and kind. Thank you! Last but not least, rooms service is timely, friendly and also - as everything else, very accomodating. Our stay at the Kempinski Hotel Muscat was perfect. We are looking forward to come back and cannot wait.

PS: If you need a hair in the soup - because nothing is perfect - it would be the temperature of the mini bar in the rooms. The little fridge doesn‘t cool very well. However, room service will gladly bring you a bucket of ice if you want to...
