I had the pleasure of visiting Amwaj Lounge at the Kempinski for the first time, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The lounge is cozy yet spacious, with a warm and inviting ambience that immediately made me feel at ease. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Delycia, who made me feel right at home with her friendly and welcoming nature.

For my meal, I ordered the fish and chips along with a fresh ginger tea. The fish and chips were absolutely delicious—crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The ginger tea, served by Ismail, was equally delightful. It had the perfect balance of spiciness and sweetness, and you could tell it was freshly made. Zinthu also took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and to offer any further assistance, which added a nice personal touch.

The level of customer service and professionalism here is unparalleled. The staff is attentive, friendly, and truly dedicated to making your experience memorable. Luxurious Omani Afternoon Tea with Live Piano 🎹 Relax your day at this Amwaj Lounge - located at the ground level of Kempinski Muscat Hotel. As I was slowly walking downstairs from the lobby, I was mesmerised by the big grand piano in the centre. With the live piano tunes, it’s just a beautiful atmosphere. I love afternoon tea and I expect it was just a classic three-tier sweets with savouries on a separate plate however Kempinski Muscat had given me a surprise!
