Overall a beautiful hotel if priced according to its value. We got a nightly rate of $112 per night and had a double bed room for our family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 kids ) which was just right given the quality and ageof this building.Not worth paying anything more. It's in a great location with a mall in walking distance , pharmacy close by as well as dining options. The lobby is on the 5th floor so once you walk into the building you don't get that Hotel like welcoming. The rooms are big and spacious with beautiful aesthetics and nice city views but they are definitely in need of updating and restoration. Our shower was leaking into the bedroom and overall the entire place needs a good detail cleaning. It wasn't dirty and the linens were clean&crisp every day but the floor corners, carpets, upper shelves and curtains definitely require some detail cleaning. The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of breads, pastries , lots of fruit and some warm food options were delicious. It's missing more protein options as everything was mostly straches. Overall we had a fair experience and stayed in room 1308

Got a room for our last night in Panama, 15th floor, excellent view. The room was huge, large shower, excellent water pressure (with hot water)! We ordered room service for dinner, took about an hour, food arrived at a good temp,prices were very reasonable. The carbonara was very good. Breakfast was included in our room rate, I was blown away...full on breakfast buffet, breads, fruits, yogurt, omelet station. Make sure you have the time to enjoy it. I can't speak about location (we had an early flight the next am), other than it is across the street from a huge mall/movie venue. Room rates were great and some even offer late (5pm) checkout for no additional charge! I paid $109 total, with breakfast and late checkout option!

I regret staying in this hotel. The day I was leaving the hotel, I found a bug on my pillow. The picture is attached. I was so shocked when I saw the bug crawling on my pillow. When I reported this to the staff, they were shocked and apologetic and gave me 1 night free for the inconvenience. Apart from the bug on my bed. I am on a high floor in the hotel. Beautiful view of the outside from the hotel window. The staff are nice, the location is prime. Breakfast is a buffet style and a good variety. The building is old and will need renovations, but still a nice and clean hotel. This would have been a 4-rating. If you are driving, you have to watch out for the signs to the hotel from your gps.

Overall, the hotel is very elegant and the price is very reasonable. The hotel is located at a very populated place which I noticed a lot of traffic during the day. Next to the hotel there's a mall, casinos and the Hard Rock Hotel. The hotel has a nice indoor pool which looks very nice during the night time. Also, there is spa area and saunas. In the same floor of the pool, there is a GYM which has all the necessary equipment for a good workout. The hotel has two restaurants: one is located at the entrance; and the other restaurant is at the 4th floor. The rooms are very comfortable and elegant. Sometimes the elevators were not working properly, but they will get fixed immediately.

I was happy to stay here.this hotel is a great choice for those looking for comfort and convenience. The rooms are clean and cozy, everything works properly. The breakfasts are very good, with a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The location of the hotel is convenient. Overall, the hotel lives up to its 5 stars. There are no special frills here, but everything is done to a good standard.

if you want a beautiful view, then book the room at Upper Floors. Very peaceful area, with no traffic noise.
