Their poor ventilation is a hazard. We had tickets in the upper section and it was hot and no A/C. A family member got sick and the staff didn’t have a basic first aid kit, not even water. I asked for an empty cup since I had my water bottle so my aunt could sip some water but they didn’t have cups either. Very strange how unprepared they are. Especially since this a recovered theater from a disaster. We needed an ambulance, and the theater provided one, the team was good. The ambulance vehicle shook like old cans and had zero blankets. Un lugar agradable, elegante, limpio, bonito. En esta ocasión estoy en el evento educativo Steam, y la atención del staff de organizadores ha sido muy desagradable. Desearía que haya coherencia entre lo Q proponen en teoría y la práctica de la vida diaria. No es posible q a la salida del día de ayer, nos hagan pasar a tomar un café, y luego no nos permitan hacer uso de los servicios sanitarios. Hablemos quienes vivimos un poco alejados de este sitio y nos pasaron de frente al café sin posibilidades de retorno para el uso del baño, esto es inconcebible y muy poco humano. Deberían prever los tiempos porque si la razón es que era muy tarde cuando apenas eran aproximadamente las 7.30 pm, pudieron haber anunciado antes de dejar el espacio común, que los baños no estarían disponibles. Un servicio de calidad tiene que ver con atender la logística global y el beneficio del usuario, pero también las necesidades biológicas primarias. Teníamos 4 horas sentados sin ningún intermedio, y de frente nos botan sin posibilidades de usar los servicios sanitarios. Por favor, no vuelvan a cometer esto.
