This is a great free place for studying, doing your homework, or other educational purposes :) instead of going to cafés having this public library is really a decent place to replace em 200php coffees. They also have old books there for medical, literature, polsci, and other topics.
Though it would be wise to come early morning since the place gets crowded really fast. They also have free wifi, but it's really slow cus of all the people connected to it. Another thing to mention is that they only have 2 toilets ( for the girls) and they allow only 1 toilet for public use. And 1 for the employees. So it's one can definitely say it gets crowded really fast there. 😅
Maybe they could do a relocation / renovation of their building to improve their facilities and spaces.

Read moreI just walked in the library and in my opinion this is one of those busy libraries where students really make use of the resources. They have a painting on the wall where a 'mi ultimo adios' is written in Cebuano. There's also free drinking water for the library's visitors.
