This is the best outdoor food park I've been to in the Philippines. There is a good variety of foods, drinks, and desserts. Clean as you go. I would recommend and will return every trip to Cebu City.
THE REVIEW: SERVICE: Its food booth style and clean as you go. I think being in IT Park, they are so used to seeing foreigners, that a lot of the vendors will treat you like they treat a Filipino. Some may be turned off by that. (ie 4 people leaning, on devices, and no sense of urgency or customer accommodation). Some places are better than others. I will call out two of the better: Tipsy Bar Cocktails and the Cajun Seafood place by the entrance. CLEANLINESS: For an outdoor food court, it was very clean and the areas to dispose of your dishes/waste were readily available. They were good workers and friendly too. We tipped them, but don't think many do. COMFORT: Typical outdoor food park seating. Not overcrowded. Tent/canopy covered dining areas to protect from direct sunlight FOOD QUALITY: The quality was generally good, many spectacular and others not so much. PRICE/VALUE: The Cajun seafood place was a great value for green shells, crab, corn, scallop and watermelon with rice and drink. Wife said it was tasty. Tipsy bar has typical Pinoy cocktails. Avail of the 2 for 1 HH and double shot add on. We got the amaretto sour for 120 each with dbl shot. Don Macchiatto's is a chain coffee booth and is a steal at 39P for an iced caramel macchiatto. There is a place near the NW corner with lots of grilled meats--to die for. I had the chicken leg quarter meal. Perfection. (Not inasal, but great grilled chicken). It is like 2 or 3 stalls from a place in the corner that looks like they deep fry every meat. I do not recommend that one. Fresh but funky un-Filipino tasting meat marinade. You can tell the proper grilled place by looking at their samples. No...
