Wonderful apartments are truly elegant, but they have a nasty, rude, and filthy mouthed guard. Their lady guard under Kirov Tower has a particularly awful personality. She rudely talks back to tenants, which could be loudly heard in the lobby. She irrates visitors and delivery personnel if bothered for some assistance. I strongly believe that this kind of behaviour does not reflect the apartments management or its culture, but such an employee is not worth retaining. I implore you to remind and discipline such employees.
