DAPAT WALANG STAR, For purpose solely na ma-post lang review na to, I need to give one star!
I am writing a comment based on personal circumstances with the Administration of The One - Torre De Santo Tomas. We entered into a one (1) year contract; terms: ten (10) thousand per month, two (2) months advance, two (2) months deposit, and Five (5) thousand pesos for “utilities”. Eventually, the Condominium’s Administration is just WORST. WHY?
The two (2) months deposit will NOT apply for the remaining last two months of the lease term; instead, you are entitled for a refund. (Well that is tolerable, BUT what is NOT OKAY is that when we moved out upon the expiration of contract, The Admin of The One Torre De Santo Tomas informed us that refund would be released after a month, further as stated in the contract. So, we moved out March 4, 2017, and UP UNTIL now, IT IS IF THEY DO NOT HAVE A ALIABILITY. (HANGGANG NGAYON WALA PA RIN ANG REFUND, HELL, KUNG GANYAN PALA, THEY SHOULD ALLOW THAT THE TWO (2) MONTHS DEPOSIT SHALL APPLY TO THE REMAINING 2 MONTHS. THEY ARE UNJUSTLY BENEFITED, FOR WHAT THEY WILL RETURN TO ME IS JUST THE (2) MONTHS DEPOSIT. NO MORE, NO LESS. (AT KUNG HINDI MO PA FOLLOW-UP SA KANILA, WALA KANG AASAHAN SA ADMIN NA YAN.
THE ONE TORRE DE SANTO TOMAS NEVER ISSUED AN OFFICIAL RECEIPT (OR).
EXHAUST FAN? Studio units have NO exhaust fans. (My GOD, and you allow cooking?, and sa CR wala!)
STANDBY GENERATORS are USELESS. (Twice nawalan ng kuryente, and worst, meron mga residents na trapped sa elevator, it took time, a long time para maayos nila, kaming nasa ground floor pa lang at that time, naghintay na lang na maayos nila whatever it is, when I asked one of the admin personnel, kung bakit wala pa din electricity, hindi alam. kaya nga may standby generators, diba? IT SHOULD BE like a "hot site" that you can rely on whenever needed in the nick of time. Well, USELESS ang ipinagmamalaki nilang "standby generators".
POOL and GYM? Still work in process, umalis na nga, hindi pa din tapos hanggang ngayon ang mga ipinagmamalaki nilang "AMENITIES".
GARBAGE? At first, they collect garbage, just put it outside of your unit, eventually, they required the tenants to bring it to 7th floor, or you will be penalized. HOW INCONVENIENT IT IS.
MAIL/ETC DELIVERY? UNFORTUNATELY, when you have anticipated mails thru courier and the like, better to address the same in your office or school if possible. Yung Admin ng The One HINDI nagre-receive ng letters, bills, etc, I understand na baka they don’t want to be liable, but what the hell, it is very difficult nasa office ka or school, uuwi ka muna para lang i-receive yung pinadala sayo. Magkaron sila ng logbook, etc, madaming ways. My God. Admin!!!!!!
P.S I don’t really have the time to write all of these, BUT they are below the belt, baka hindi lang ako naka experience ng ganito sa The One Torre De...
Read moreIf youre planning to move here theres a few things you need to knoe that you'll be paying for that they didnt tell you.
To use the gym it costs 1000 per month its not part of the rent pala To use the pool its 100 per day. So one week of swimming costs 7000. Utilities such as water and electric are not included which im sure theyve told you To install shelves or bidets or faucets it costs 700 in their list but i had them put 1 small bathroom shelf and 1 bidet which they made me pay 1000 for and they left all the cement inside the bathroom floor. (Cement can clog btw) If you have pacakages for delivery you have to get delivery form first. And the forms are only available up to 4pm You have to write letters in the morning or the day before. So no surprise visits or gifts allowed. Security is way too strict on tenants you might as well just live in a dormitory Elevator traffic is so bad especially during mornings Admin is so understaffed Trash is only to be disposed in the 7th floor so you have to bring it down in the elevator with you.
Ive only lived here for 2 weeks and I dont want to live here any longer. Leaving when the...

Some of the escalators are non working but they have an elevator. (Working going up, non working going down.)
We went to the second and third floor food court. There were so many tenants and food/drinks choices. Even an aesthetic center and photo studio. Wow.
I have actually passed by this dorm many times already and didn't know then that they have eateries here inside.
Bought from Sulit Chicken, and Chaboba (closed down and replaced by another tenant). Also saw a Yaki Yaki. Another visit, we bought from Hielo and Spice Table Taste of Dubai.
But the toilet, though it was fragrant, has no soap or tissue which was a letdown as I want to wash my hands before eating. But on the next visit, they already had soap.
Some stores close around 830 pm or...
