nice location near SM MOA, Ayala Malls Manila Bay, stores, restaurants, cafes, & some other malls.

also very accessible & easy to get to NLEX instead of taking the whole of EDSA which has traffic that can take up to 10hrs from Pasay, thanks to the new skyway.

however the whole building seems to be infested with/ insects (mostly cockroaches), the: room, corridor, elevator, garbage room - i think there should be something to be done about the roach infestation.

i don’t know about other rooms but even outside the room i stayed in for Airbnb there were roaches.

luckily there aren’t roaches in the gym, swimming pool, changing rooms.

i stayed in another condo years ago & there weren’t any insects...

Stayed here and found it to be in a very dead end, bad location, ill-mannered concierge, ridiculous dumb security staff and a very poor customer service provided by its management. Checking process is unclear, guests are not allowed, air bnb is broken with unclear instructions and dodgy. I would not recommend staying here. Save your time and money, stay, rent and live...
