The property management staff of this community is really stupid，i have Two rooms inside. One of the rooms is a sewer in the bathroom and can not run down water,The kitchen in the other room. dirty water leaking to the room,The whole room has become very smelly. Then I went to admin to report to repair it. They spent more than a month Didn't get my room fixed. Up to now my room is still uninhabitable. Their security guards are greedy and stupid,They always ask foreigners for tips. They just want the money. And didn't do their job. And the cellphone signal here is very bad. I do not know why developers building a bad house. There's no convenience store downstairs. There's no restaurant downstairs. There's nothing. Property management office to do things very slow. It is often a trivial matter that can not be solved after a long time. I really do not know what is the use of this property management office? They only want money, but do nothing. I wish the real estate company would fire them as soon as possible. Improve the quality of service to customers.

As a tourist, never unless you wanted to stay with roaches. Slow and unhelpful staffs. Noisy, dirty, lousy, anything worst you can imagine even though it look grand from the outside.

As a tenant, I wish to complaint to the media or just file a lawsuit against such terrible and useless management. 1st March, lost a phone to a non-tenant thief when having a nap at the lobby when there is 4 securities. Funny part was those 4 securities did not stop the thieft and ask for identity verification. When requiring for CCTV footage, they just acting slumber and held up for hours and end up need to ask from Admin office tomorrow. Even police went there and they just acted like nothing. Probably the security are friend of the thieft. The next day, admin office said need 2-3 weeks time to retrieve a footage. What a freaking joke. Nothing much needed to say but this is how these lazy and irresponsible persons around. Until today, no apologies, no one approach and no one cares about what happened to you. Living here is stressful, and in my day to day there is almost always an issue between tenants and security guards. While some are pleasant, most security guards are rude and incompetent especially their head officers. I have never lived in a condo/subdivision where security guards are rude towards homeowners and tenants. They will even make it an active point to make life harder for people here by issuing violation tickets ranging anywhere from 500-3000 php. Worst part is, these violations are triggered by simple things, for example; using the condo stairways for when the elevators are out of service (which they are most if not all time) or disposing debris in the garbage room no matter how minuscule the amount or tidy you make it out to be. While mostly bad management is at fault for this, the security team (Gardisten) is also not blameless as they promote rude and unprofessional conduct by not properly training and reprimanding their staff when it comes to unprofessional and bad behavior, as a result cultivating a hostile environment between them and homeowners,...
