Shore 2 Residences — Local services in Pasay

DO NOT RECOMMEND! ESPECIALLY FAMILIES/ CHILDREN!! i cannot even express how bad this place is. it looks very nice in the lobby and from the outside but staff and facilities here are awful. please note that i never leave reviews for anything but this place to just too bad to allow other people stay here especially families/children. No garbage chute only garbage ROOM - where all residences on that floor throw their Bins into ONE room. and the whole floor STINKS VERY BADLY. Staff here are incredibly RUDE, i understand that this is a residences however if someone does not understand certain policies or rules it is the staffs job to explain. I am a Filipino Australian so i understand but can’t speak the language so when we went to the pool with my baby and younger siblings, the security guard asked me in Tagalog if we had signed in, i answered “no sorry” (because we have NOT been here before and DO NOT know what to do) The lady security guard mumbles “oh you’re foreigners” and ROLLS HER EYES AND SIGHS AT US. what kind of attitude is that absolutely awful and until i told her that was very rude only then did she apologise and explain to us better. i’m not asking them to fully help me at all just explain without attitude. but no the staff specifically the women here give the most disgusting attitude i have ever seen in my life. this is not the first time this has happened here but this is just the example i’m giving you today. i’ve been in Philippines for about a month and been to many places but nothing compares to how rude the staff are here. DO NOT RECOMMEND! please look after yourself and do not allow yourself to be put into this position. Notes: Washing machine does not work, half the cabinets were broken on arrival. toilet including toilet paper was soaking wet. i honestly could go on and on. Also these are just come pictures of the room we booked. this is untouched by us and how the room was given to us. pls do not waste your time and money here. if i could give ZERO...

At around 21:49 on February 17, 2022, in the lobby on the first floor of Shore2 T2, a friend came to me. I went downstairs with my residence certificate and documents and took her to change the card to enter, but the security guard at the counter told us that visitors are not allowed to enter at this time. According to the regulations, an additional management fee of 3,000 pesos is required. I thought it was unreasonable at the time. I let my friend wait for me in the lobby, I will go back to my residence to get things, and go to my friend's house instead, but the guard at the lobby counter won't let me go home, because I didn't pay extra, so even myself Can't go back, I got angry, I asked for his name and the guard's ID. SMDC are dishonest, corrupt and liars! If you invest with SMDC always check what you agree. We purchased two units at Shore 2 and both were listed for handover on several occasions but always delayed at the last minute. SMDC only care about money, promising turnover just to secure payments as early as possible without a care for investors. Then offering an apology and less than a day's rent as compensation only if you sign away any right to complain, take action or talk about SMDC with anyone, and certainly not on social media!
